Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges may be requested within 5 working days of receiving your order.

Returns & exchanges must be in its original condition and must be in its original packaging.

Returns & exchanges will only be initiated after we receive your order and are happy that it is suitable for resale.

Orders will have to be returned to the customer if unsuitable for resale.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All delivery costs incurred to return or exchange the clothing must be paid for by the customer. Collection of the returned/exchanged item/s can be arranged by Jumelle or the customer.

Please email admin@jumelle.co.za for returns or exchanges:

  • Include your order number in the reference
  • Include reason for return, collection address (If Jumelle arranges for return/exchange) and contact number

An email notification will be sent, once your return or exchange has been processed.

A refund will be done to the original payment method.
